Dad’s Place Operate a local artists section to our site. The creator of the works retains all intellectual property rights, which are protected by UK Copyright Laws and those around the world. (We) sell works on behalf of and with the permission of Artists, either party can end this agreement at anytime.

 You must not breach these terms of use otherwise you will be required to destroy copies of works and your right to use or website will be revoked.

You may use our site only for lawful purposes.  You may not use our site:

Terms of Payment

Your order represents an offer to purchase goods from us. Only when you have received written confirmation from
us, will your order be accepted and the contract formed.

Each new or partially delivered order represents and new contract

All payments will be handled by PayPal inc as such we only store address and other contact details on our sites database, until such a time as your order is delivered to you. Dad’s Place do not store your payment details. E-mail addresses will be retained but never distributed to third parties or used for our business promotional reasons without sign up.

Only when www.dadsplace.co.uk has received a successful payment notification will your items be prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to withdraw an offer of purchase at any time, including those within special offers and competitions.

If offers were available at the time of purchase and your payment has been successful a refund will be provided.

The images of goods on this site are for illustrative purposes only and whilst every effort is made to ensure the images
are displayed correctly, items may differ from the images shown with no incursion being placed on us.

Orders and specifications

If we hold reason to believe that you may resell our products, we reserve the right to refuse your order and offer of
payment.  In this case we reserve the right to treat you as a commercial customer and refuse your right to cancellation.

You will have 7 days to return defective goods and exercise your right to a refund only if these goods were defective
upon receipt.  Delivery charges will be included in your refund if the goods returned are found to be defective under the terms which
you provide.

Refunds will not be provided to those who have ordered bespoke goods unless the goods are found to be defective.
Cancellation of a bespoke order, after the item has been produced will require a retainer fee for the full cost of the item.

Copyright of bespoke orders will be retained by us irrespective of cancellation, aside from any personal images which go into making the order, these will be deleted upon Cancellation

Production And Delivery

All products sold through Dad’s Place a made to order and can take 7-10 days to produce and dispatch. Standard delivery will reach you with 3-5 working days

We will use a courier to deliver our products, in an effort to ensure that the item reaches you in the condition it left us. As such we are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of our products but will make every effort to contact you if we are informed of
delays.

Warranties

We will ensure the quality of our products when dealing to a person as a customer

General

We will not be liable or deemed in breach of contract for any delays incurred which are beyond our control.

Stock replenishment will take between 7-10 days. Any contract between parties will be suspended during this period.
It is your right to cancel your order during this incursion. This clause excludes bespoke orders.
